Terms of use

AdsMint is a tool for launching, managing and analyzing ads on connected platforms. Depending on the features available for each platform and your plan, it lets you upload creatives, prepare campaigns, ad sets and ads, publish them to an ad account you are authorized to manage, edit them in bulk and view their performance. An announced or planned integration can only be used once it is available in the application and the necessary access has been obtained. As of October 12, 2026, Pinterest is undergoing internal testing with Trial access; customer availability depends on integration validation and the required access.

AdsMint is operated by AML BEEYARD, a French simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 933 214 249, 96 rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France.

An account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activities carried out through your account and workspace. You may invite members to your workspace; you are responsible for their actions within it.

You must provide accurate information and have the right to act on behalf of the business or clients for whom you use the service.

You connect AdsMint to your chosen platforms using your own account and permissions. AdsMint acts on your behalf, following your instructions, on the ad accounts those platforms grant you access to. You remain solely responsible for the campaigns launched, budgets committed, content published and compliance with the relevant platform’s advertising rules and the law.

You warrant that you hold the rights to the images, videos, text and trademarks you upload. AdsMint claims no rights over your content; it uses it only to perform the service.

AdsMint is independent of the connected advertising platforms. These platforms may change or restrict their interfaces at any time; certain features may depend on them.

Certain features offer automatically generated interpretations, classifications or text. These are suggestions: you review them and decide what is published. AdsMint does not guarantee their accuracy or advertising results.

The service is offered in early access. Applicable plans, prices and limits are shown in the application or on the website when you subscribe. Price changes are announced before they apply to an existing subscription.

You must not use AdsMint to circumvent advertising platform rules, distribute unlawful or misleading content, access accounts not entrusted to you, attempt to disrupt the service or extract data from it automatically. AML BEEYARD may suspend an account in the event of a breach, after notifying you unless urgent action is necessary.

AdsMint is provided as is. We take steps to keep it working properly and without interruption, but do not guarantee this. We are not responsible for advertising platform decisions, ad account rejections or suspensions, advertising expenditure incurred or indirect losses. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us over the previous twelve months.

The software, AdsMint brand, interfaces and their content belong to AML BEEYARD or its partners. You receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them for the duration of your subscription.

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy. You may request deletion of your data using the dedicated procedure.

You may close your account at any time. AML BEEYARD may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, or without notice in the event of a serious breach. Closing an account neither deletes nor pauses campaigns already present on advertising platforms.

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those within the jurisdiction of Marseille, subject to applicable consumer protection rules.

These terms may change as the service evolves. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest update; substantial changes will be notified.
