1. Who processes your data?
AdsMint is operated by AML BEEYARD, a French simplified joint-stock company, SIREN 933 214 249, with its registered office at 96 rue Paradis, 13006 Marseille, France.
AML BEEYARD is the controller for processing necessary to manage the service, user accounts and security. When you entrust AdsMint with content or advertising data on behalf of your business or clients, we process it to carry out your instructions; you remain responsible for the lawfulness of that content and its advertising use.
For any question or request about your data, contact contact@adsmint.ai or write to AML BEEYARD’s registered office.
2. What data do we use?
- AdsMint account: name, email address, workspace, role and authentication information needed to sign in.
- Advertising connections: identifiers of your connected profile, permissions granted and access tokens for the platforms used, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. AdsMint does not receive the passwords for these accounts.
- Authorized advertising resources: depending on the platform and your permissions, ad accounts, businesses, Pages and publishing identities, pixels or datasets, campaigns, ad sets, ads, settings, statuses and performance statistics (including available spend, impressions, clicks and conversions). Ad comments and replies are processed when you use comment management.
- Content you provide: images, videos, file names, text, links, naming conventions, templates and drafts. Imports from third-party services are used only when you request them.
- Operations and support: operation history, the person performing each action, dates, technical errors, support communications and security logs that may contain an IP address or browser information.
This data comes from you, authorized members of your workspace and the services you connect. We do not collect your private Facebook or Instagram messages to operate the ad launcher.
3. Why do we use it, and on what basis?
- Performance of the service: creating your account, connecting authorized resources, importing creatives, preparing settings and sending the campaigns and ads you request to your chosen platform, displaying their performance and managing comments where that feature is available.
- Legitimate interests: securing access, preventing abuse, diagnosing incidents, providing support and maintaining an operation audit trail. These uses are limited to what is necessary to operate the service.
- Legal obligations: responding to legally justified requests and retaining required records, including accounting records where applicable.
- Consent, where required: for the optional features or trackers concerned. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing.
Authentication information and appropriate platform permissions are essential for the corresponding features. Without them, connection or publishing may be unavailable.
4. Advertising connections and AI features
You connect through the authorization screens of the platform concerned. AdsMint uses accessible data to display your resources, reuse their settings, carry out your advertising actions and display your reports. Media, text and settings needed for publishing are sent to the platform you choose. That platform then processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy, including Meta’s policy.
When you request naming-convention analysis or assisted generation, content relevant to that request is sent to the AI provider Anthropic: images or visual extracts from videos, text and necessary context. Suggestions remain editable before approval. We do not send your passwords or platform access tokens to this feature.
Connecting to AdsMint does not authorize independent reuse of your advertising data for sale or advertising on behalf of third parties. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Who may receive the data?
Access is limited to authorized members of your workspace, support staff and providers needed for the features you use:
- Vercel: website and application hosting and execution of server requests.
- Supabase: authentication, database and file storage.
- Anthropic: assisted analysis or generation when you use these features.
- Connected advertising platforms: Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or X, depending on your use, to authorize the connection, access resources and process your ads. Pinterest is covered only under the conditions described below once its integration becomes available.
- The import providers you choose and authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. These transfers must rely on applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. You may contact us to learn which safeguards apply to your processing.
6. How long do we retain it?
Account and workspace data is retained while in use, then handled as part of a deletion request. Unpublished drafts and media remain necessary to prepare or resume a launch.
After a fully successful launch, AdsMint triggers deletion of the local files used, unless they are still needed for another launch in progress. If the launch or cleanup fails, files may remain stored to allow a retry or intervention. This local deletion does not delete ads or media already present on the advertising platform concerned.
Advertising references, settings and operation records may remain in the history for service follow-up. Technical logs are retained according to security and diagnostic needs; records relevant to a dispute or required by law may be retained until the applicable obligation or period expires. Copies may temporarily remain in backups until they are rotated.
You may request deletion of your account, files or data from connected platforms at any time using the procedure below.
7. Security and browser storage
AdsMint uses HTTPS connections, user authentication, workspace access controls and encryption of stored advertising tokens. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Session cookies and browser storage maintain your session, preferences and certain drafts. Clearing local storage may delete these drafts. The adsmint.ai website also measures its audience without cookies or personal identifiers (Vercel Web Analytics, aggregated page views). The cookies that measure our ads are described in the next section. Privacy and data deletion pages are accessible without signing in.
9. Your rights and data deletion
Subject to the conditions set by applicable regulations, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may also withdraw consent and give instructions about what happens to your data after your death.
Write to contact@adsmint.ai from your account’s email address, specifying your request and the workspace concerned. We may request evidence limited to what is necessary to verify your identity. Never send your password. We normally respond within one month; a reasoned extension may apply in cases allowed by the regulations.
The dedicated procedure is available under Data deletion. Revoking AdsMint’s authorization on the platform concerned prevents the corresponding future access but does not replace a request to delete data already stored in AdsMint.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your competent data protection authority.
10. Planned Pinterest integration
As of October 12, 2026, AdsMint has Pinterest Trial developer access. The integration is undergoing internal testing, including in Pinterest Sandbox; it is not yet available to all customers and Standard access has not been granted. The processing described in this section applies to authorized test connections and the future release of the integration.
The planned connection uses Pinterest’s authorization screens. It will allow access to ad accounts you are authorized to manage, preparation and submission of ads you approve, and viewing their performance. Depending on the permissions granted, the necessary resources may include boards and Pins used for your ads. AdsMint will not ask for your Pinterest password.
Data received from Pinterest will be used to manage your Pinterest ads and measure their performance. Authorized campaign analytics may be retained for your reports; other data received from Pinterest will be retrieved on demand, in accordance with Pinterest’s storage restrictions. It will not be sold, sent to another advertising platform or an AI provider, or used to train AI models.
The media and settings you choose to publish will be sent to Pinterest, which will process them under its privacy policy. The deletion-request and authorization-revocation procedures described above will also apply to this connection once it becomes available.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may change as service features and applicable requirements evolve. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest update. You will receive appropriate notice of substantial changes affecting your data.
