Delete your data

Email contact@adsmint.ai with the subject “AdsMint data deletion”.

Include your AdsMint account email address, the name of the workspace concerned and the scope of deletion: the entire account, files or data from an advertising platform. Specify the platform concerned (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X or Pinterest once its integration becomes available). If possible, send the request from your account’s email address. Do not share any AdsMint or advertising platform password or access token.

AML BEEYARD verifies your request and, where necessary, your authority regarding data in a shared workspace. We inform you of the outcome by email, normally within one month. If a legally permitted extension applies, we explain the reason and the timeframe.

Deletion covers the requested data held by AdsMint. Certain information may be retained where a legal obligation or the defense of legal rights requires it; we will tell you when this applies. Backup copies expire according to their rotation cycle.

You may also revoke AdsMint’s authorization in the relevant platform’s settings. On Facebook, this option is under business integrations. This revokes the corresponding access. To also delete data already retained in AdsMint, send the request described above.

Deletion in AdsMint neither deletes nor pauses campaigns, ads and media already created on advertising platforms. Manage them separately in each platform’s ads manager.
